Technical Toolkit

Skills organized around the work they support.

Rather than rating every tool with arbitrary percentages, I group the technologies and capabilities I use across support, web, product, design and operations work.

How I describe proficiency

I prefer evidence and task scope over “expert” labels. My strongest hands-on areas are practical troubleshooting, digital delivery and web/product workflows; other areas are presented as working knowledge or supporting capability where appropriate.

Continuous learning

My work regularly crosses tools and platforms, so I am comfortable learning unfamiliar systems from documentation, testing changes safely and building enough context to solve the problem without pretending to know what I have not verified.
